The problem
Sunday-night clipboards, blue tape on the walk-in, recipes priced six months ago. Half the over-prep gets eaten by staff and the spoilage hides between counts. By the time the P&L lands, the leak is already a habit.
What we built
Count by photo. Recipes that re-price themselves when a supplier price moves. Weekly orders drafted from actual usage, grouped by supplier, sent in their preferred format. Waste flagged when patterns repeat, not when someone remembers to log it.
